I had a chip in my windscreen and decided to get it fixed before it got worse. I checked around and saw Halfords did repairs so looked but they couldn't do it till the next day. When I called "all Clear" and sent photos they explained what type of chip it was and how much it would be to fix and were there within an hour. I'm very glad I did as I discovered the job is harder than they make it look on the adverts and the result made me thankful I chose someone skilled at it rather than a spotty teenager at Halfords. Noticed the chip in the evening, emailed a photo and James fixed it in the morning, barely noticeable. Brilliant service and a lot cheaper than autoglass! If you get a chip cover it with tape so it is easier to fix.

Really friendly chap got us to send photos of the chips to him and gave us a quote before he came across, all chips came out exactly as he said they would and we were very satisfied with the result, excellent service and managed to get out to us the same day we contacted him.

I contacted James as i like to try to use small businesses, i had previously look at halfords but by their reviews it’s clear just under half of their customers are unhappy all i saw here was positive reviews so i thought this one is a winner and within a few short picture messages, that where responded to almost immediately, i had a price and an appointment, effortless to say the least. my appointment actually got brought forward as James had an earlier opportunity so in the end i got my quote and repair on the same day within hours. I had a chip in my Windscreen, I took car to my insurance companies preferred user only to be told i needed a new windscreen !!!! I decided to seek a second opinion and so glad I did. I contacted James of All Clear sent him a picture of the damage and he advised that it was in fact repairable. He came the next day and did the job within 30 minutes, it is virtually invisible and will last the life of the windscreen. What a lovely professional man, it would have been sacriledge to have thrown away a perfectly good windscreen, also it saved me my Insurance excess. Thank you very much James. I could not rate James enough. We had a small chip in the windscreen today, as I was out practicing for my drivers test, which is tomorrow. I’m based in Wolverhampton, called him up panicking, and he put me at ease straight away, telling me nothing is impossible (as I was saying I’m sure it will be as it was just approaching 5pm). Within a couple of hours he was on my drive fixing the glass. He finished, and neither him nor I could even see where the chip had been in the first place. Seriously, so good. I had a small chip on the passenger side of my windscreen. I didn't want it to get worse so I phoned James based on his great reviews. He asked for some pictures of the chip with a coin taped next to it for scale. He also told me his standard price which was extremely good and not even worth phoning the insurance company! I sent him 4 images and even though he was out and about, he called me straight back to say it is not worth fixing at present due to the size. He explained the types of chips and that in my case the integrity of the glass is not compromised so no need to worry. He did comment that some companies would still come out and charge but he does not see the point and would rather give honest advice which I really appreciated. He was friendly knowledgeable but most of all completely honest and so I will 100% recommend James and would not hesitate to use him again. Thanks very much!

It's not often you come across someone as professional as James - from the initial point of contact he was friendly and courteous. What. A. Guy! A quick text too see what I should do, and within a few hours he was at my house fixing it for a third of the price I was expecting. Really friendly, honest, and knowledgeable, explained everything before, and as he did it. James arrived to repair my windscreen exactly when he said that he would. He found another small chip, perhaps previously poorly repaired, did that too without extra charge. I phoned all clear windscreen chip repair after work as I had a couple of chips to the windscreen to my car and an mot in a couple of days. He came out within half an hour of my call, was polite and was informative of what he was going to do as a repair. The repair was completed to as new standard and I am very pleased with the work. The cost of the work was better than reasonable. This guy has a five star rating for good reason and I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone who needs a screen repairing.
